Terms of Service

Welcome to PLAYMINIT. These Terms of Service define the legally binding relationship between PLAYMINIT and players using our web-based arcade gaming platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PLAYMINIT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Guests may play supported games, and registered members may save scores, XP, achievements, and profile information.

2. Account and Nickname Policies

Gamer Tags are displayed globally and must not include offensive, misleading, or abusive wording. To ensure database stability and fair identity management, Gamer Tags can only be modified once per lifetime.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Anti-Cheat Policies

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against exploitation. Violation may trigger immediate account termination, score removal, and a service ban.

• Score Hacks: Reverse-engineering game binaries, tampering with client logic, or injecting fabricated data streams into our APIs.
• Automation Bots: Implementing macros or automated tools to falsify game events, play games without human input, or harvest XP artificially.
• Ad Fraud: Generating invalid traffic, repeated artificial clicks, or other abuse of advertising systems.

4. Paid Subscriptions and Billing

The PLAYMINIT Pro subscription is a paid digital membership that results in actual charges. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and PLAYMINIT does not directly store your credit card or other payment credentials. Subscriptions apply for the term you select and may renew and be billed automatically at the end of the term in accordance with Paddle policies. You may cancel through the Manage Subscription option in your profile or through the Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation, Pro benefits remain active until the end of the period you already paid for. Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy and processed by Paddle where approved. Separately, the 30-minute benefit earned by watching rewarded ads is governed by absolute server time.

5. Digital Benefits, No Cash Value, and No Gambling

PLAYMINIT Pro benefits, XP, badges, rankings, Hall of Fame entries, profile cosmetics, and other virtual progress are entertainment features only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or transferable goods, and do not represent cryptocurrency, NFTs, stored value, wagering, sweepstakes, lottery entries, or cash-prize competition. PLAYMINIT games are provided as owned or properly licensed web content within our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

PLAYMINIT shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of ranking status, lost virtual progress, or loss of platform reputation arising from server outages, infrastructure downtime, network problems, or force majeure events.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Korea.

8. Governing Language

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy or conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
