Facebook Login Data Deletion

If you signed in with Facebook Login, you may request deletion of data received from Facebook, including your public profile, email address, profile picture, and Facebook app-scoped identifier. You can delete it through Delete Account in the PLAYMINIT profile screen, by removing PLAYMINIT from Facebook Apps and Websites settings and submitting a deletion request there, or by contacting support by email.

PLAYMINIT ("we," "our," or "us") operates the HTML5 web gaming platform PLAYMINIT. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This policy explains how we collect and safeguard your information, complying with global standards including GDPR and CCPA.

1. Information We Collect

• Voluntarily Provided: Email address, securely encrypted password, UID, Google or Facebook account identifier, Gamer Tag, profile image URL, and Profile Emoji.
• Automatically Collected: Game scores, XP, IP address, browser type, cookies, service usage records, and Cloudflare security logs.

2. Purposes of Using Data

We use your data for identity verification, account management, global Hall of Fame leaderboards, XP leveling, personalized advertisements via Google AdSense, service improvement, abuse prevention, and customer support.

3. Data Retention and Erasure

Your profile data is retained until you request account deletion. Upon deletion, your profile and the game scores and leaderboard records you submitted are permanently removed from our Supabase nodes. Monthly Hall of Fame snapshots that have already been archived may retain your nickname and score in anonymized form for historical and statistical purposes. Records required by applicable laws may be retained for the legally required period.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We utilize trusted sub-processors: Supabase for database and authentication, Cloudflare for security and edge caching, Google for OAuth and AdSense, Meta Platforms for Facebook Login authentication, and Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record for Pro subscription payments. Your data may be transmitted globally to facilitate these services.

5. Cookie Policy

We use cookies to persist sessions, analyze usage, serve personalized ads, and validate rewarded ad benefits. You can block cookies through browser settings, but doing so may impair core features such as login and live score registration.

6. Global Privacy Rights
