Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for PLAYMINIT Premium Strawberry, a digital subscription that unlocks ad-free gameplay benefits, unlimited ranking submissions, Hall of Fame eligibility, and XP boosts. Payments and approved refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

1. Digital Subscription Product

PLAYMINIT Premium Strawberry is a digital membership. No physical goods are shipped, and access is delivered through your PLAYMINIT account after payment confirmation.

2. Cancellation and Renewal

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Profile > Manage Subscription or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund is approved, your Premium benefits remain active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

3. Refund Eligibility

Please contact us within 14 days of the charge if you believe a refund is needed. We generally review refunds for duplicate purchases, accidental renewal where Premium benefits were not materially used after renewal, technical issues that prevent access to paid benefits and cannot be resolved, billing errors, unauthorized charges, or cases where applicable law requires a refund.

4. When Refunds May Be Declined

Refunds may be declined when the subscription benefits have been substantially used, when the request is made after the review window without a legal requirement, when the account violated our Terms of Service, or when the request appears abusive or fraudulent.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us with the PLAYMINIT account email, Paddle order or invoice information if available, the billing date, and a short explanation of the issue. We will review the request and may ask for additional information before approving or declining it.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may take several business days to reflect the refund. Refunded access may be removed immediately or at the end of the already-paid period depending on the case.
